🚨 LATENESS POLICY 🚨 There is a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to avoid disrupting the schedule. A new deposit will be required to rebook. Communication is key! If you’re running late due to travel issues, please text me at (706) 668-1902 as soon as possible. ✨ Tip: Add 15 minutes to your travel time to account for delays such as traffic, public transportation, or parking. ⸻ 🗓️ RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS ⸻ Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit can be transferred once within 30 days. To reschedule, please contact Krystal’s Nails. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a new deposit will be required. CANCELLATION POLICY
LATENESS/CANCELLATIONS- Lateness is a constant issue. Please be respectful towards my time and plan travel accordingly. Please be ON TIME to all appointments, there are other appointments after everyone and I am not one to rush my work (IT WILL NOT BE PRETTY) You have 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel. Failure to cancel before the 48-hour time frame will result in getting banned from future booking and booking deposit will be forfeited NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY- NO SHOWS will get you BANNED from any future bookings APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION TEXTS- Confirmation texts are sent out a day prior to your scheduled appointment along with the address. PLEASE CONFIRM.FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF MY POLICIES OR READ THEM, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED
