In the event you are late beyond the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled to avoid any disruptions in schedule & appointment with new deposit is required. Communication is key; please text me at (706) 668-1902 if any issues arrise during travel. *Please add-on 15 minutes to your travel time in case of anything that may cause delays; traffic, train/bus issues, parking. RESCHEDULES/CANCELLATIONS ********************************** Cancellations/reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. You may use the deposit once within 30 Days for rescheduling. To reschedule please contact Krystal’s Nails Anything under than 24hours is subject to a deposit forfeiture and new deposit must be paid to reschedule. Please reach out before the time frame and I will work with you to reschedule. GIFT CARDS ************************************ With gift cards you cannot use code or any promotions. CANCELLATION POLICY
LATENESS/CANCELLATIONS- Lateness is a constant issue. Please be respectful towards my time and plan travel accordingly. Please be ON TIME to all appointments, there are other appointments after everyone and I am not one to rush my work (IT WILL NOT BE PRETTY) You have 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel. Failure to cancel before the 48-hour time frame will result in getting banned from future booking and booking deposit will be forfeited NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY- NO SHOWS will get you BANNED from any future bookings APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION TEXTS- Confirmation texts are sent out a day prior to your scheduled appointment along with the address. PLEASE CONFIRM.FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF MY POLICIES OR READ THEM, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED
