🚨 LATENESS POLICY 🚨 There is a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to avoid disrupting the schedule. A new deposit will be required to rebook. Communication is key! If you’re running late due to travel issues, please text me at (706) 668-1902 as soon as possible. ✨ Tip: Add 15 minutes to your travel time to account for delays such as traffic, public transportation, or parking. ⸻ 🗓️ RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS ⸻ Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit can be transferred once within 30 days. To reschedule, please contact Krystal’s Nails. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a new deposit will be required.
